Peanut Butter Kisses

This recipe is so simple and quick. We loved it with honey. We refrigerated it to keep the candies from getting too soft. I would recommend mixing very thoroughly so the candy ends up nice and smooth. These did remind me a bit of tootsie rolls (mostly in texture) and I can imagine adding some cocoa powder to them would be tasty. We also only made a half batch and it was plenty for us! I think this candy would make an excellent, sweet and simple homemade gift.
