Crunchy Franks
Adding to our hot-dog menu from earlier this week (see Pronto Pups!), I found this recipe called Crunchy Franks that seems to be really similar. It’s a recipe for batter that you dip franks in and deep fry. The big difference I see is that these are garnished with raw cauliflower and water cress!
If you compare this to Pronto Pups, you’ll see this recipe does not include cornmeal in the batter and has no sugar.
What’s nice about this one is the additional recipe for horseradish dipping sauce!
