Banana Whip

Did you know you can make “whipped cream” this way? It’s fluffy, sweet and - as long as you like the flavor of banana - it’s delicious!

All you need is 1 ripe banana and 2 egg whites. Beat until stiff and add as a topping to your ice cream, cake, hot chocolate…or eat it all by itself - I did!

This variation on whipped cream combines a ripe banana and egg whites - that's it!
