Swiss Mocha Coffee

Swiss Mocha Coffee from the kitchen of June Pabst (mom originally Oregon)

2 cups Swiss Miss Cocoa

2 cups instant dairy creamer

1 cup instant coffee

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix, store in jar, put small amount into mug and add boiling water.

Another Mocha! I love the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg to these warm drinks. It adds so much to the feeling that these are warm and cozy autumn favorites. This recipe makes nearly a quart and a half of mix. You could fill a small army of small mason jars and give this mix away as a gift to your pals. It’s quite creamy and sweet and the coffee flavor is there but subtle so I would think even non-coffee drinkers would appreciate it.
