Suisse Mocha Cooler

The look of these canisters has change since 1976 - they are also not tins anymore - they are plastic lined cardboard. Regardless, if you like your mocha on the chilly side instead of hot or spiced, try this:

2/3 cup milk

2 well-rounded tsp of Suisse Mocha 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Blend until smooth. Delicious!

This was the third of three mocha recipes in the first recipe box we scanned in. It is the only one without a little cinnamon or nutmeg and is easy to make on a warmer day - and quite tasty.
