Raisin Pie Delight

Cut from the back of a typed letter from Lois, June’s sister, is this little shared recipe. I don’t know who Joyce is/was but perhaps a neighbor or friend. I love that we get to know that this recipe was from her and that Lois and her family liked it — this part wasn’t cut off to make the recipe fit in the recipe box. Instead the title of the recipe “Raisin Pie Delight” was folded down. I think it’s really sweet - it reminds me of how often gramma June would write “good” or “real good” on a recipe to indicate that it had been tested and approved of and was maybe worth making again.

If you try it or have had it - please let me know if you like it real well too!
