Instant Coffee Float

This simple iced coffee ice cream float is a great early afternoon treat.

Instant Coffee Float, 1 Serving

2 tsp instant coffee, 1 tsp water, 3/4 cup cold milk, 1 tsp brown sugar, vanilla ice cream (optional- few drops almond extract- dash salt)

Dissolve coffee and water in tall glass, add milk, sugar, salt, almond extract. Stir well and top with a scoop of ice cream.
